1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use jlod3 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Not currently prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any relevant authority.
• Register only one (1) personal account — multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process, including your full name, email address, and valid phone number.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential. JloD3 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

JloD3 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including official identification documents, proof of address, and payment method information. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

JloD3 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for our loyal members. However, each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made:

5 User Conduct & Prohibitions

To safeguard the integrity of the platform and the security of all users, the following are strictly strictly prohibited at jlod3:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system ("collusion").
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing obscene, offensive, or unlawful content through our platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical operations of the jlod3 platform.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering through our platform.
• Registering using another person's information or a false identity.

Any user found to have violated any of the above prohibitions will face immediate action, including account suspension, balance freeze, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jlod3 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and design — is exclusive intellectual property of jlod3 or our licensors. You are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, or exploiting any platform content without written permission.
• Using the JloD3 brand name, logo, or trademarks for personal commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering our software or mobile app.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided you comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The jlod3 platform is provided on the basis of "as is" and "best available". While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee freedom from technical disruptions, server failures, or delays beyond our control.

• JloD3 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of unexpected technical disruptions.
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified, fair random number generator (RNG) — JloD3 does not guarantee wins.
• Users are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.
• Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours after the incident.

8 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of jlod3's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the relevant regulatory authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
